Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MaroDrive (marodrive.ma), a vehicle marketplace operated by MaroSite Services SARL, Martil, Morocco. The basic services of MaroDrive are accessible free of charge, except for internet connection fees charged by your provider. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access and Acceptance

By accessing or using MaroDrive, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Your account remains the property of MaroSite Services SARL and may not be transferred or assigned to any third party
• By posting a listing, you agree that certain information (name, city, contact method) may be displayed publicly to potential buyers

3. Vehicle Listings

When creating a vehicle listing on MaroDrive, you agree that:

• All information provided (make, model, year, mileage, price, condition) must be accurate and truthful
• You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to sell it
• The vehicle must comply with all applicable Moroccan laws and regulations
• Photos must be of the actual vehicle being sold — stock photos or photos of other vehicles are not permitted
• The vehicle must be available for sale immediately at the time of posting

4. Seller Responsibility

Whether private or professional, sellers bear sole responsibility for their listings:

• The seller is fully responsible for the accuracy of all vehicle characteristics, descriptions and prices published on the platform
• Every listing must correspond to a vehicle of which the seller is the full legal owner, available for immediate sale
• Any listing that does not correspond to reality is the sole responsibility of the seller — MaroDrive cannot be held liable for inaccurate information published by users
• We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that does not comply with these Terms or applicable laws (including following user reports), without prior notice. To report content or suspected fraud, contact us at contact@marodrive.ma.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fraudulent, misleading or deceptive listings
• Spamming, sending unsolicited messages or contacting users for purposes unrelated to vehicle transactions
• Automated scraping, crawling or data extraction from the platform without prior written consent
• Uploading viruses, malware or any content that may harm the platform or its users
• Impersonating another person, business or entity

6. Transactions

MaroDrive is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of any listing. We do not inspect, certify or verify any vehicle listed on the platform. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers at their own risk and responsibility. MaroDrive does not process payments — all payments are arranged directly between the parties. We strongly recommend that buyers have the vehicle inspected by a professional of their choice and verify all documentation and payment procedures before completing any transaction. Use reasonable caution when communicating or meeting, and do not share sensitive credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

The MaroDrive platform, including its design, code, logos and content, is the property of MaroSite Services SARL. Any reproduction, distribution or publication, in whole or in part, of the platform or its elements (source code, databases, texts, images, logos, listings) without prior written consent is prohibited. You retain ownership of content you create (listing descriptions, photos). By posting content on MaroDrive, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on our platform. You may view and store a private copy of pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

MaroDrive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaroSite Services SARL and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities or any damages resulting from transactions between users. Your use of MaroDrive is at your sole risk.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity or act in a manner that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, any associated listings will also be removed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from the use of MaroDrive shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morocco.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Where practicable, we may notify registered users of material changes via email and/or by posting a notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of MaroDrive after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
