We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email delivery) and when required by Moroccan law or court order. When you contact a seller, your name and message are shared with that seller.
Your Rights
Under Moroccan data protection law (Loi 09-08), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — request a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to deletion — request deletion of your personal data
- Right to object — object to the processing of your data
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format

Children's Privacy
MaroDrive is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
